1.⁠ ⁠Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

•⁠  ⁠The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
•⁠  ⁠The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
•⁠  ⁠The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact

Products that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return.


2.⁠ ⁠Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

•⁠  ⁠Blouses with stitching or alterations
•⁠  ⁠Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
•⁠  ⁠Gift cards or complimentary items

3. Return Process

To request a return, customers must contact our support team with:

•⁠  ⁠Product images clearly showing the issue
•⁠  ⁠Brief description of the concern

Approved return requests will be processed with further instructions for pickup or shipment.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be initiated to the original payment method.

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank and generally take 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be provided at our discretion.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
