Domestic Shipping:

We offer free shipping services across India with trusted courier services. Orders are processed within 5-7 business days, with updates provided on shipping timelines. Products are securely packaged. If the package is tampered with, refuse delivery, take photos and report to estore@ananthamsilks.com. Acceptance confirms the package arrived securely. Multiple items in one cart will be shipped to a single address; for multiple addresses, place separate orders.

International Shipping:

International orders are processed within 10-15 business days.Shipping charges, duties and any applicable taxes or octroi are the responsibility of the customers. Secure packaging is ensured, and tampered packages should not be accepted. Report any issues to estore@ananthamsilks.com

Return Policy:

Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving the product if it remains unused and in its original packaging. Kindly ensure the product has its Tag loops and MRP tags attached. Used or washed items are not eligible for returns

Exchange Process:

Once we inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, the item cost (excluding shipping if any) will be credited to your account for future use.
