Domestic Shipping:

Multiple items in one cart will be shipped to a single address; for multiple addresses, place separate orders.

International Shipping:

4. Shipping Charges

• Domestic shipping: Free for orders above ₹; nominal charges apply below that.
• International shipping: Based on weight and destination (calculated at checkout).

5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email.

6. Delays

Unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, customs, or holidays) are beyond our control. We’ll notify you if such cases arise.

7. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate. We’re not liable for delays due to incorrect addresses.

Return Policy:

Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving the product if it remains unused and in its original packaging. Kindly ensure the product has its Tag loops and MRP tags attached. Used or washed items are not eligible for returns

Once we inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, the item cost (excluding shipping if any) will be credited to your account for future use.
